We have combined the Blanc de Massif Central from the centre of France with Rouge de Roussillon, a breed that were imported from North Africa in the 1950's. This gives us hardy, rustic and qualities combined with good mothering and subsequently a well developed lamb. The farm has been certified organic since 2009.


The luxury of nearly 450 hectares of land allows us to have the sheep and lambs roam as they wish foraging what they choose from the mountain. Wild Thyme, Rosmary, Chestnuts, Acorns. A particular favourite are leaves and young growth from the numerous Ash trees. In the winter months and during lambing Organic hay is given to the Ewes.
