Beware of the GPS !!   

We have had some visitors who have been lured by their GPS onto the numerous dirt tracks to reach us. The last 2 kms is a farm track - apart from that you should never have to leave tarmac. To add interest, maps etc have us named as either Can Tillet, Mas Tillet or Mas D'enTillet !

The easiest route to get to us is.

Leave the A9 motorway at J 43 -its the last in France (or the first from Spain) . Take the D115 direction Ceret. After around 5kms you pass through the village of St Jean Pla de Corts ,where you arrive at a roundabout, the first exit is marked D13 Vives. Its a narrow road with lots of bends, follow it through Vives till you arrive in Llauro. When you come to to the T junction turn left, through Llauro. After the village you come to the right turn marked Oms. take this road, passing through Oms and Calmeilles till you arrive at the junction of Col Fortou. Follow the sign for St Marsal and La Bastide. Continue along the D13 until you arrive at Col Xatard. Take the D13 to the right, down the valley and back up the other side to La Bastide. Pass through the village after 2 kms you see a sign on the right marked Mas Tillet. Just after is a track with 4 letterboxes. Take this track and carry straight on for 2kms when you come to a fork in the road keep to the right where you will see another Mas Tillet sign. After 200m you're there !
